As soon as I saw the artifacts, I was like "Yeah, another failed memory bank". Just to be clear, I have worked only on a couple of graphics cards, and none of them with memory problems. 0:30 a note there, LVDS/EDP cable problems cause vertical display artifacts or color shifting artifacts.

I have this problem with my M17X R3 and at the same time the fx lights no longer light up. It’s not the LDC, GPU or any cables. I’ve tried a new GPU, new processor, new LCD with cables. I’m at a loss now I remove the GPU & use intergrated graphics only I get artifacting. if I disable intergrated graphics & run dedicated GPU it’s even worse. I’ve tried all parts on another MB and every part is fine so I’ve isolated the issue to the MB. Any help isolating the affected suspected component I would be very grateful.

i have a gtx 1060 boot up installs drivers then black screen works fine in safe mode and then i checked with onboard and 1060 plugged everrything ok no code 43 but noticed always running at 1x speed what should i check to see find the fault??

i purchased allienware M17x R4 laptop with 870m 6gb GPU MXM card. after installing windows and drivers i noticed that Nvidia card isnt working properly and showing code 43 in system properties. and after restarting system few times system can not detect this card some time when i restart system. so i puled the card and checked it in my alienware m18x R2 and it works fine. so do you have any idea what can cause the problem with M17x R4 that every MXM card is giving code 43 on it? please help...

Great job as always! May I ask you a question? Bought myself a defective RX 570, it had a faulty fan connector which led to the gpu overheating. Fixed the connector and the card is now cool and quiet, however on some games artifacts are present. White pixels here and there, black and blue triangles, but only on certain games. It seems to be related to VRAM usage (Furmark is 100% ok for hours) as it happens with ganes that use more than a couple GB or so. I suspect one memory chip is faulty due to overheating. How would I know which one of them is the culprit? And is my assumption actually correct? That it's the memory and not the gpu? Thank you in advance!

I have an EVGA 980 ti scc never been overclocked, PC powers up fine, GPU works fine on normal work (internet brawsing, youtube etc...) but the moment i put it under load(lanch a game), it crashes, black screen (sometimes white for a second), GPU light flash and turn off for a second than power on( like its doing a restart), but no video afterwards. i have to restart The PC to get it to work again.
*fans are working fine
any suggestion?

I have a question I have a evga sc gtx760 shows code 43 and the device won’t work with the drivers windows disables the device but as soon as I turn the computer upside down fans pointing towards the sky the card works completely fine what does this mean?
