Organic pastured eggs that you buy directly from a farmer are far superior in nutrition than most generic store bought eggs. Alas, the eggs are also vastly different in terms of cleanliness, how to store them, and how long they will last. In this video I share everything I've learned over the past 40+ years of raising and buying farm fresh chicken & duck eggs in the hopes that you will choose to support a local farmer and give your body the essential nutrients it needs.

I grew up with chickens, so all I really learned is how you talk to the hens. :) That said, I'm glad there are people putting this info out there.

We have chickens here so I have poopy eggs in a bowl on my counter lol
We go thru alotta eggs-9 or 10 a day just for we 3 but then I can sometimes get some of the others here to eat eggs (6 other ppl). So if they were to eat 3 a day, that’s 1 1/2 dozen more. 2 1/2 dozen eggs *a day* would put a fast dent in ur flats lol They hardly eat brkfst tho so getting eggs into them is rare 🤷🏼‍♀️

I would want to pick all the dandelions for jelly or honey. Fresh eggs like that I leave on my counter unwashed they have a bloom on the outside to protect the inside. I only wash when I use it.
