According to the Hazbin Hotel wiki, in the trivia section, Alastor enjoys Black Coffee, but dislikes tea. I can DEFINITELY see this scenario happening!

There are multiple reasons why this feels canon and imma just go through them real quick:
Charlie trying to disable the whole situation immediately.
Alastor being the one who actually broke the coffee maker and just using it as a way to cause chaos.
Husk pointing at niffty breaking it because he canonically doesn't like niffty.
Vaggie staying silent because she probably thinks this whole situation is idiotic
Alastor automatically asking Sir. Pentious because of his past actions of being a spy for the Vees, which also gives him an automatic out for being the one who broke it.

There's so many details that fit with this so well that I can't help but point them out lmao
