This made me realise that people who leverage this technology to make art - whether still images, video, or whatever medium may come next - might not be able to claim the title of 'artist' in the sense that they didn't handle the brush or digital tools used to actually 'paint' the image. But they could be called 'producer' or 'director' instead - because while they may not be the ones doing the manual labour of creating the art, their vision guides those who do (or in this case, the AI that does it), much like a film director or producer.

it should be exciting, but all I feel is fear. how many creative people will lose jobs only for AI to make a less creative version of their works. I'm musician, and I'm sure that we are next.

The only application i'd find this very appropriate other than just unfiltered AI art is for quick storyboarding where you can input concept art of the set and you can get really nice looking shots that can help prototype and tweak sequences in pre-production, but hey it's only gonna get better

It possible with stable diffusion already. The main problem is flickering from frame to frame. On this introduction video they thy to hide this main problem switching scenes fast. But even here I can see that flickering is there.
