Hey Winston. The transparency is important. I’ve been as transparent as I can as well on my videos. Trying to get them out there soon. I’ve been recording since June! 🤦🏽‍♀️ It’s hard to open a store and produce good videos, so I commend you. I enjoyed looking at Postal Route with you. It looked like a bank to me, but very nice. My store is too small yo do ALL of that but I did try making it nice and inviting. Keep going!!!❤

My guess is photo zoomer probably rasterized their file at 8.5x11 and than blew it up 24x36, which would explain why it was low res when it printed.

Appreciate the realness of your videos—no sugarcoating! I'm looking into opening an independent store in the Southeast, but the market seems pretty saturated (Google Maps). Any tips on how far apart stores should be? Interested if you recommend grocery store as anchor tenant within center vs. outlets; would increased lease cost be justified ?
