Air Fried Potato Chips - Air Fryer Recipe
Today we are going to be making air fried potato chips. I have to be honest, I thought about making air fried potato chips in the past but really didn't think they would be that good. I had a large russet potato that needed to be used up and I figured, "What the heck? Let's give it a go!" To my surprise, air fried potato chips are delicious! They seriously tasted like store bought. The only downside is, from what I experienced anyway, you'll need to eat these chips soon after you make them. I had them sitting on the counter for 2-3 hours after I made them and they were getting soft. I wish I would have thought at the time to put them back in the air fryer to see if they would crisp back up. My guess is they would have. So if you come across the chips getting soft, give that a try.

300 for 15 minutes did not work so well in my 5 qt Airfryer but I did slice the potatoes lengthwise so Ill try smaller next time.

Well I am now going to try your potato chips I have my potatoes soaking 15 minutes and then they are going in the air fryer cuz I can't see spending almost $3 for a bag that's not even full so yes time for the air fryer thank you , try to stay away from them, 😂 😂 lol

this is a great video! I might try these. I am kind of against eating normal chips because of all the garbage and its so damn addictive ( atleast to me it is) but this seems like a healthier option thank you!
