My dad loved baseball and we saw it in theaters when it came out. Her line at the end "spending every waking moment with my dad watching baseball, they were the best seats in the house" always makes me tear up. Dad is gone over 5 years. Always think of him when I see this movie or scenes from it. Miss you dad.

I only watched this movie specifically for seeing Clint. I grew up watching him, my brothers adoring him running around home pretending to be him after watching a movie that he starred in. Any movie that starred Clint they would be acting as movie hero's. Seeing him as a young girl and then as an adult is wonderful. He is still a presence to this day, and I am so amazed at his skills. l fell in love with his acting, his charisma, the way he looks into the camera to get an emotion across to the audience. But he gave us a little Easter Egg. He gave us his Son, for the moment he had in the movie. How beautiful. Thank you, Clint Eastwood, for bringing happiness to many of us across the world. Awesome movie. ♥

I can see so much of my oldest daughter and myself in this movie. I coached her in softball(I miss those days) for almost 10 years. And she still plays co-ed.

Loved this movie; Timberlake was so good in it--such a pleasant surprise. This movie also contains one of the best "a-hole gets what's coming to him" scenes anywhere.
