After the tremendous success of last year's Must-Eat Restaurants in Tokyo, I knew I wanted to come back again but this time focus on a specific type of food and really go deep. This is the first of many videos about ramen coming up on the channel so stay tuned! We start off with those with either a Michelin Star or are recommended but there is of course so much more ramen to try.

ドゥエイタリアン in Ichigaya is great. The Lemon ramen is pretty darn cool too. Plus, you can go check out where Yukio Mishima died a short distance away. Subbed fyi!

I remember going to shichisai in July and it was my first day in Japan. it was a Sunday night so no restaurants in hatchobori (the area where my hotel was) open for dinner. except shichisai. I only went went there cause it was the only thing open and damn was it the best ramen I have ever had it wasn't until October after I left Japan that I found out that shichisai was michelin recommended
