Went to the last Celtic game of the season for this year. Truly electrifying the fans were. There isn't any other club that has fans like Celtic does. YNWA at that match was absolutely brilliant, i couldn't hear myself think it was so good.

More of the same on Sunday. Rangers were beat before the first whistle. They couldn’t handle the atmosphere the fans generated and the show the players put on. Let’s do the same again !! ☘️

I've been a Celtic supporter since the early 80s, not living in Scotland anymore. I don't understand so many of the supporters objecting to the old firm being used to describe the Celtic rangers game? It was used by my father and his father, by both sets of supporters and both sets relished the rivalry and it was famous the world over for it. Why do the fans not want to promote it as the old firm anymore? Has it taken on a dark meaning or something?

There's no old firm mate. Old rangers were liquidated.

I miss going to Parkhead to see Celtic play but to also take part in singing " You'll Never Walk Alone " with 96% of all the Celtic Fans is something you just cant explain to people that haven’t been there & sang this song along with all our Celtic Fan's all around me singing in unison & just thinking of it give me goose bumps...

Im not trying to have a go at The Rangers Fan's but theres no atmosphere that can compare to a Parkhead Stadium full of Celtic Fan's singer their heart out for the Shirt/the Players/The Manager & all of those working in the background & of course, singing our hearts out for the Club that lives within Paradise that is " Parkhead Stadium "

A perfect example that comes to mind is when Celtic and Liverpool played in the Quarterfinals of the 2002-03 UEFA Cup & Gerry Marsden performed the song at Celtic Park before Both Teamplaying to the field and " both sets of fan's " sang along to " You'll Never Walk Alone " together & that what Football Clubs hope for & thats playing in the European Game's but when Liverpool came a knocking the roar of both fan's singing as one is a memory I'll never forget...

I remember Gerry Marsden clearly being moved as a Full Capacity at Parkhead saw both Celtic & Liverpool fan's singing this song, in unison, ​ at the same time at the top of their lungs &, again, you just can't describe this to someone as you need to be there when it happens & for 90s plus any extra time we just have get behind Celtic & sing our other songs or chants & more often than not you can see it getting passed on to the player's as they are uplifted by what the fan's are singing & chanting & I can say with all honesty nothing can compare to the atmosphere & singing before a game & always singing our shouting our support to the players does see them go that extra mile...

Here's hoping we get the players in that were like Last Season & actually want to play for Celtic & after how many seasons playing for the Shirt at Celtic Football Club If players then feel like trying the EPL, then All The Best To Them, but i cant stand players that sign for any SPL Club just to use us a backdoor in the EPL

Here's to next season & what Ange Postecoglou has in store to make those players & new signings play better but with the World Cup taking place in Qatar in November 2022, as understandably thats when its at its coolest, but this is still going to cause a nightmare for all clubs who need their players for the Domestic League/Conference League/Europa League & the Champions League along with all those players who are picked to play for their International Team is going to affect every Club around the world...

As many of their keys players are already playing too many games & this was highlighted in the newspapers over this summer break, this season is really going to take its toll & all we can hope for is our players aren't over played & injured during the Qatar World Cup...

Of course its every football players ongoing dream to play for their International Team & i wouldn’t hold that against them but with respect to this being held in Qatar this wasn't the place to hold a World Cup because of the very reasons I've added & the World Cup being played in its usual time of the year has fans hoping their players arent injured or ran into the ground but to hold it in November is just ridiculous as it is causing an almighty nightmare & no wonder Clubs were against this but we just have to hope our players come back still match fit & carrying no injuries...
