How many lawns do we cut per day? That is a question we get all the time! Instead of asking how many lawns we can cut or how many you can cut, I would challenge you to create a revenue goal per day. Your "DIG" (Daily Income Goal) is a great starting point to have a revenue goal for your crew.

$400 a day solo, usually a 6-7 hour day.

100 +, 3 diesel walker mowers Ghs, one 20 trailer, toro time cutter gate hills, Isuzu crew cab dump doors and steps both sides of dump bed 7 man crew, 3 mowing 3 weed whacking 1 blowing hard surface, s leaf season 1 walker with Buffalo turbine blower, one Walker with leaf pusher out front, one Walker making a final cut to stay on schedule by start mowing on Monday finish Thursday if rain cut Friday, Saturday I must say you will need full set of back up mowers equipment in identical trailer for when things go wrong. I’ve been mowing for 35 years every day is Saturday. Fuel usage 6gal day per mower 10 gal premix truck goes full week easy on one tank

I work solo and I bill for 3500 a week working four days a week. some days I cut 14 properties some day I cut 5 just depends on size.
