🤣🤣🤣. Lost it when he said everyone though he had a family and was a working man.

My mom and dad gave me a Carhartt 3/4 coat for Christmas when I was 19.
It's in my closet, right now, a little frayed at the cuffs, but it's finally soft, and I'm 53...

This is ridiculously relatable. Pops was a framer, I’d occasionally be on the job with him. I looked old and tired by 8th grade.

When my dad passed I got his big Carhartt jacket. Everytime it gets cold I put it on and stay warm. It's like my dad can always hug me. I'm a small girl though so it's very big on me and that's okay it just means I can comfortably fit a few layers under it. Thanks dad.

I love “my dad was a drunk humor” especially when it isn’t so blatantly obvious. This guy is good!

Bought my first Carhartt jacket in 1997 when I was 17yo with my own money. I still have it and wear it 25 years later at 42yo. I was the only kid in high school rocking a Carhartt to school.

I saw a tweet once that said “If you wear Carhartt you’re either an art major or forklift certified. There’s no in-between”

Theo Von: “I remember im middle school we had this kid who had a family with a mortgage. He was real weird into the dark arts of deer meat and carhart. “

I wear my grandfather’s old Carhartt jacket every day it’s cold. I think he bought it in the early ‘80s and it’s only lost the color. Still in great condition

"boy you won't need another jacket until you move up a size" - My dad when I was 10🤣

The Carhartts I bought my husband back in '93 still look almost new. He was a city kid who'd never heard of them. But was hauling papers and throwing 20-pound stacks as far as 20 feet from a moving van. He went through his third pair of sweats in a month. I told him not to buy anymore. He said look, I might work from 4 to 8 a.m., but the few folks who are out don't appreciate a full view front and back. I told him I'd fix it and trust me.

He LOVED those coveralls I bought and still wears them in the winter. Carhartts are phenomenal.

My daughters grew up in hand-me-down Osh Kosh overalls. For over ten years these overalls were passed from cousin to cousin... across state lines too. Didn't matter that eight cousins were males. My daughters loved all the pockets.

I worked in Des Moines Iowa helping frame houses. There was a homeless guy who came around wanting to work. Between the Roofers, Cement Finishers, us and Electricians we pitched in and gave that guy our slightly used work wear. I gave a older pair of Red Wing boots and a Carhartt Rain Defender hoodie, others gave him tools and pants and coveralls. After 6 months he was still coming in to work as a Roofer. He thanked us all the time and we where glad he always showed up and worked so hard

I don't laugh often at any video but that line "Theirs a rumor going round school I got a family" I legit started laughing

Haha! In the winter, all of us that had to feed cattle in the morning would show up to school in our coveralls, take them off in the parking lot and then walk into class. We waited until we got to school because by 0830, it was getting warm enough that we could change. On super cold mornings, we would just walk into the locker room and throw them into our football lockers. Back then, I don't ever remember seeing Carhart. The big brand was Wall's because our local feed store had it. I had their coveralls and a jacket.
