To all of you who are confused, here is the step by step answer
R^2= A^2 + B^2 + 2ABCOSθ
(After substituting the values as F)
F^2= F^2 + F^2 + 2.F.FCOSθ
(Transporting F^2s from RHS TO LHS)
F^2- F^2- F^2=2 F^2COSθ
(First two terms gets cancelled)
- F^2=2 F^2COSθ
(Transporting 2 F^2 to LHS)
- F^2/2 F^2= COSθ
(-F^2 gets cancelled and -1/2 is left)
-1/2= COSθ
-1/2= COS120
Θ=120 degree
