Me: I Way Want go there (didn't know much there (Only Regular Map no GPS)) but didn't it

Definitely would need a quest guide or at least something to point me in the right direction. I’m stuck on being a complete outsider. I’ve been told I need to do the quests by the people near the broken water tower, I’ve done plenty and it brought me nowhere.
