But if I have multiple html pages...How can I:
1. Remember my language option, so i don't have to switch the language for every page jump.
2. Maybe put this javascript in a separate file so it doesn't get to crowded (i tried to do it, but it didn't work)?

Hey Thank you so much It really helped me as a 100 percent beginner... could you perhaps help me doing this in multiple pages, I did it already is just when I am in the first page for example reading in english then I want to continue the whole website reading it in english as soon as I click to navigate in the website it changes to the main language (dutch) and I would like the website to remind in the selected language at the first place.
