Unfortunately the pride of becoming a public personality often brings folks down in a fiery crash. The tone of Church Militant was always a little off for me. However my husband was a donor. So disappointing. We are all human.

I'm some what shocked that Michael was able to pull the wool of so many people's eyes for so long. I detected the viciousness in him a long time ago and stopped watching anything from CM. That he seeks to shift the blame doesn't surprise me at all. He is basically a bully and coward. As someone I know used to say, "when the messenger becomes more important than the message, there's a huge problem."

Yes it does help the Catholic church. Because it cleanses a wound. These things need to be exposed, lanced, drained, and cleaned. It may hurt, but ultimately it is for the best for the church to expose this rot and corruption. I know you don't feel good about doing this, but it is necessary to clean out the rot and the corruption from the church. Thank you for all that you are doing

Initially I thought Michael just slipped back into the lifestyle again but it comes out that he was simply a long-time liar and deceiver. Perhaps he needs an exorcist?

The whole aura around Voris reeks of cult of personality, and can be quite appealing to some when just operating on an emotional level. It’s how cult leaders control their “flocks”.

Honestly, I had my suspicions about MV when I first started watching CM, years before his ”confession” about his lifestyle “struggle”. I wondered at the time if us online readers were the last to know bc it seemed too obvious. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, but ultimately I had to stop watching the last few years. It’s tragic for the ppl defending MV behaviours because it illustrates how far our sense of “normal” & appropriate has been warped by the sick culture of today. Do Catholic bosses regularly walk around half naked in front of their employees? Catholic?? Have we completely lost ALL perspective of appropriate boundaries?? I'm so very sorry to hear all this..I loved CM ...Michael needs to find the Lord in his life...I'm sad it has gone this way...I will continue to pray...I withdrew my donations each month, and pray for all the employees who I feel very bad 4:16 😭😭😭
