I just want to let you know I've been terrified to jump on the treadmill and even when I finally did (after a year of staring at the line of treadmills at the gym and wishing I had the courage) I still felt so uncomfy and self-aware. I then saw one of your videos about form and warming up. It gave me so much motivation to do the damn thing. I now run every day and its one of my key mental and physical well-being anchors. So, thank you for being an inspiration and please, keep the content coming ❤

Gaining weight from weightlifting does actually make running harder! A lesson I am now learning while also training for a half. I've done several in the past, but never with so much added muscle. It stinks!! You look fabulous and continue to motivate me. Thanks, girl!!!

Abby, you inspire me. My first trainer (almost 10 years ago) was a runner. I thought I hated running but she taught me proper form and how to slowly add running to my routine. I ran a 10K fell in love with running. I was not fit or had a runners body. I slowly integrated heavy lifting and still ran. I was in the best mental state of my life.

Here I am 4 kids later with 30 exra lbs I HAVE to lose in 2024. I will be following your program and integrate pilates.

I believe you’ll be able to accomplish your goal 💪. I do weight training and have gained a lot of weight in the process but I still continue to run as well and plan to run the marathon coming Nov

I had a baby and he is 15 mo old now. I weigh less than when I first got pregnant but my stomach sticks out a bit and I want to put it back and feel strong again. Been working out with the „Lift more program“ for the last 3 1/2 weeks, switching the „easier“ Workout days in between with pilates videos/run more and I love them. I just have a chronic injury in my wrists and Dumbbells are sometimes hard to hold. Is there a possibility to integrate Videos with a barbell? I started to love homeworkouts again with your training, I don‘t feel rushed or incapable. Just my wrists fatigue pretty quickly. Thank you for the content ❤

Exactly I’d make up reasons like my asthma is so severe I could never run which it is pretty bad and it makes it very hard but nothing is impossible

Can you talk more about the weight gaining after weight lifting? I’m kinda going through that right now. I was gonna try and force myself to workout today even though I knew I needed a break because it hurt to even touch my thighs. But I’ve been feeling so insecure from weight gain, I’m up by almost 10lbs, 5 of which came from the last 2-3 weeks of weight lifting
