The White guy is Dennis Rouse, ex-senior-pastor of Victory World Church (now Victory Church) in Norcross, GA. I resigned my 10-year membership from that church about the time Dennis preached this sermon in 2014 or 2015.

Yes, feet-washing is a biblical jesture of service and submission. However, Dennis proclaimed to be a "proud Republican". The so -what of that is that Dennis' professed alignment with Republican politics tainted and distorted his view of the Gospel.

No true disciple of Jesus Christ would support Donald Trump. However, Dennis did in 2015. That was troubling for me, because it revealed that he had a distorted understanding of God's perspective of love and respect for all ethnicities. Dennis resigned a few years after that sermon.
