My great uncle is in this cemetery, Private Henry Shipley 5th row from the front and 6th along. He was only 18 years old and died on the 22 of august 1944 fighting with the
Dorsetshire regament .

It's very amazing no matter what country a ww11 vet is from they all have a unique wit, charm and outlook on life that that I truly wish today's generations could adopt what a much better world we would have God bless them
