Here's a point I don't hear a lot of people bring up, but the entire point of Zi-O was to have the past riders pass there powers down to him. Even though the series insisted on playing hot potato with Decades power half of it rightfully belonged to Sougo . When people say Decade wasn't at full power undermines the fact that half of it didn't belong to him anymore. The only reason Tsukasa got Sougos half of Decades power back was because Swartz stole already stole Tsukasa's other half.





Also you say Zi-O was limited to the heisei era and than brought up the fact that he had the saber ridewatch, and in the stage show which is a sequel to over quartzer Geiz said that for every rider there is a corresponding watch. Also the entire point of that special was to hunt down the showa riders powers.

"Zi-O only limited to have Heisei riders power" from this statement alone i can tell that you don't know anything about Zi-O or have little knowledge about the kamen rider franchise, in the final ep of Zi-O when sougo said " for i possess the power of EVERY single rider" he really means it, and it's not just the main rider, he also have the second, third and even dark riders power from Showa, Heisei and even Reiwa (Because the Zero-one and Saber ridewatch exist in Zi-O series) and also the debate of "can Decade have Ohma Zi-O powers?" the answer is no because Sougo clearly stated that Ohma Zi-O power cannot be copy, stolen, and absorb this has been proven when Swartz failed to fully absorb Ohma Zi-O powers

Bleach hub i think the age determines omha zi os powers like kid ohma zi o beat decade 21 teenage ohma zi o split 20 universes and rewrote it and old omha zi o being the oldest makes him the strongest then because if his younger self can do all of this shit then whats saying he can't do it too it's like a experience thing right

No, Ohma zio can actually use zero-one's abilities or saber's broken abilities and showa rider abilities, can use any riders abilites under 2068 or maybe even after 2068, ohma zio can use any rider's abilites like evolt's black hole or cronous time stop, even more, and decade are only able to use heisei rider abilities. Ohma zio is the strongest rider because he can not die at least there is a sougo in the multiverse and create his own riders, can rewrite timelines, and even more on top of that.

Just found this video. I have a lot of problems.

1. Why are you scaling Kuuga to another Kuuga? The Another riders are half as strong as their rider counterparts. And one of the riders fighting Another Ultimate Kuuga, is Decade. Who can beat Ultimate Kuuga in his basic form. Decade can also beat Black rx. Who is star level. Also, Kuuga has Rising Ultimate. Which is stronger than his Ultimate form.
2. Just because Den-o knows he is fictional. Didn’t mean he is strong. If that was the case, every fourth wall breaking characters is one of the strongest characters in their series.
3. Decade is shown only having zero-one power. He doesn't have Saber or Revise powers.
4. Zi-o can rewrite the universe with his own power unlike Saber. Zi-o can beat Decade, who can destroy 40 universes at once. This might be a lowbell, seeing that multiple episodes' descriptions have stated that Decade can destroy infinite universes. Zi-o can also stop time, reverse time, and can see into the future.
