for me left side button is not working. what do I do ? It cant be paired to any device

The touch sensors get pressed against pillows when sleeping and volume increase or decreas .. Any solution to this problem?

So this might sound weird, but can you make a video of the part that the music comes out of? I thought there was like a little covering piece on them but I can’t find it right now. I’m worried it may have got broken off possibly into my ear? Thank you if you can!

What if one stops working, I mean it still flashes orange light but one you remove it the blue light doesn’t go on
