Good video, just wanted to share my protities/needs for an ebike. I'm 62 but can keep up with most 20-something's. I'm switching to an ebike so I can go on longer (not faster) rides. If I go on a 40 mile ride, there's a chance I could be 20 miles from home and a knee or hip start bothering me. With an ebike I could get back home without pain or calling for a pickup. So, I was looking for a lightweight bike that I plan to ride unassisted on most rides. My other thought was, living in Florida, I wanted a bike that I could ride on an ereand without breaking into a serious sweat. I can do this with my regular bike if it's not too hot or I ride less aggressively. But, sometimes, I'm going to an appointment and regardless of headwinds or leaving too late, I need to be on time. I bought two Soltera 7's (one for my wife). The benefit was that she averages 10/11 mph whereas I'm at 15 mph, on regular bikes. With the battery assist, I won't have to ride at a slower pace and we can both maximize our workouts.
