Does the certification has to have a physical signature or can it be scanned and printed? Do I need signed certifications for each form or can I just make copies for every time they ask for a birth certificate copy?

It does not need to be “certified” translation… it can be any bilingual person… if you use “certified” thats when people think they need to translate it with certain approved company
