How To Turn Off RTT

Let's disable the RTT or Real Time Text feature on your iPhone if you no longer use it or want it for calls.

My personal phone is a Galaxy S22+ with AT&T and my work phone is a Galaxy Note 10 with Verizon. Neither have an option to disable RTT!

Am I the only iPhone user on the planet that still gets RTT when it is set to off ? There is no disable button, only on or off.

I live in Ky and my phone is pinging in Indiana. How can I fix that.

When I went into my accessibility my rtt was already toggled off. But every time I'm in a phone call it tries to request Rtt from the caller and then my lock screen comes 0 and during that whole time the phone call is on hold. By the time I downgrade rtt, the caller has hung up. I'm about ready to throw this phone in the river 😮😮😮😮

Wasn't able to turn off RTT on my phone. Yet when I turned off RCS messaging the options for RTT went away.

I did everything to turn this off and Everytime I make a call it switches on somehow I hate it it's so annoying

It does not give me the option to turn off instead it only gives me the option to Always Visible or Visible during phone calls. It won't give me an option to turn off or disable. Any help?

There is no option to disable RTT on my android 14 phone. Just more unwanted BUG "feature" bloatware that nobody wants and cannot be removed

I've watched several videos on this topic. I have a Samsung Galaxy A23 Android. My phone does not show an option to remove RTT. It often engages while I'm talking on the phone, possibly because my ear or cheek touches the darn screen. Annoying! And the fact that one cannot remove it is just obnoxious! Why do we pay for phones that have things that we don't want when we have no choice in the matter?

Don't have this option on my Samsung Galaxy S21. I'd like to have it not me visible when I'm on a phone call. Because every time my cheek hits the button, it turns it on and goes to a text call, which is very irritating. Anybody know how to turn that button off when I'm on a phone call?

Just block the person that you keep having rtt with them unblock them it will go away from both of your phones because I know it says it’s off in setting
