I have 7700x, I just installed Win 11 with this new branch prediction code. I have few fps less than on my previous Windows 10... I tested in CPU bound games.

Don't often see Trackmania in a benchmark video, nice change of pace (although a bit of an overkill benchmark on high end systems, and the game is also quite weirdly optimized from my experience)

can you test if there is any difference with the new optional update, kb5041587 with 23h2 that contains the branch predictor fix??

Its the benchmark variations nothing is changed same performance. I wonder if they fixed the Borken Ui and made it more snappier.

Did you already have VBS, core isolation off? If you bypassed TPM 2.0 in the install the first time around they would automatically be off. If so then the media and MS might be selling snakeoil here to get people to adopt TPM 2.0 and Win 11. The gains might not be from branch optimizations at all and the update just turning off default settings in Win 11 that crippled performance.

On 23h2 yest update .About 20% on rachet and cyberpk on 5600x on 1440p with upscaling on others i have very small to none, i saw
a very small uplift on cpuz, so all win app affected positive

How are you playing the same match of Rocket League on two different pcs????

The CPU and GPU temp increase for marginal performance boost (Trackmania, Hitman, Rocket League, Fortnite), and in some games even regression (CS2, The Division 2) is not worth it IMO. Average 5º CPU increase, 2º GPU... ouch.
