Microsoft Finalizes Windows 11 24H2 KB5044384 With 6 New Features, Fixes 'sfc /scannow' + More

This latest optional update (now in final testing) releases Windows 11 Build 26100.2152 to Insiders in the Release Preview Channel. You can now directly access content on your mobile device from the Start menu on your PC, you can now stop the suggestions to turn off notifications from certain apps, adds the Windows Sandbox Client Preview, adds a detach virtual hard disk button to Settings, the Wi-Fi password dialog now has the Windows 11 visual design and you can now configure the Copilot key on the keyboard. There are also 7 bugs that have been fixed, one of which is the "sfc /scannow" bug that was getting errors every time you run the command. The update will be released to the Stable Channel shortly.

It is incredibly disappointing that microsoft and windows 11 24H2 have so many problems. What about the insider program? Is it only for decoration and no practical use?

Win 11 update rumors cannot be trusted, something we should have learned from 23H2. Microsoft jumps from one to the other and changes things all the time. But they don't listen to what win 11 users want. Microsoft only gives users what they want, not what users want

Have a problem that Intel driver installs during fresh reinstall that used to be an optional update.

My additional display monitors does not work now as the Intel Iris Xe driver does shows error in device manager. I tried many different drivers from HP, as my laptop is HP also from Intel website. Not working. I tried going back to 23H2 but during the format and reinstall Microsoft also automatically update drivers before I can get into Windows. The same steps happens now during a fresh install of 23H2 as in 24H2.
