🍕🧄 How to Make Garlic Knots in a Blackstone Pizza Oven! 🧄🍕
Today, I'll show you how to transform pizza dough into mouthwatering garlic knots using your Blackstone pizza oven. This easy recipe is perfect for a quick snack or a tasty appetizer. Let's get started!
Ingredients:
Leftover pizza dough (Aldi's dough balls are perfect!)
Flour
Butter
Fresh garlic
Garlic salt
Parmesan cheese
🔥 Steps to Make Garlic Knots:
Prep the Dough: 🍞
Roll out your pizza dough ball on a floured surface until flat.
Cut into Strips: 🍕
Use a pizza cutter or knife to cut the dough into 1-1.5 inch thick strips.
Tie the Knots: 🔗
Tie each strip into a knot and tuck the ends underneath. Place them in a cast iron pan.
Preheat Pizza Oven: 🔥
Preheat your pizza oven on low heat. We want them to cook evenly and get lightly browned.
Cook the Knots: ⏲️
Place the knots in the oven. Cook until lightly browned, then pull them out before they are fully cooked.
Make Garlic Butter: 🧈
Melt a stick of butter in the microwave. Add a few tablespoons of fresh garlic, garlic salt, and a bit of shredded Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
Coat the Knots: 🥄
Toss the partially cooked knots in the garlic butter mixture until well coated.
Finish Cooking: 🔥
Place the coated knots back in the cast iron pan, pour the remaining garlic butter over them, and return them to the pizza oven to finish cooking.
Final Touch: 🧀
Once done, sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the hot garlic knots.
Enjoy your delicious garlic knots made from leftover pizza dough! They make a fantastic appetizer for pizza night or any occasion.
