Great Analysis Uncle Henry! Totally agreed with you on Twitter. Elon is not acting in good faith. He should have done his own due diligence on the 5% spam bots before making an offer. The estimates were the same in the last 8 years and he knew about it, before signing the agreement. Nothing has changed since he signed the agreement. He just wants to buy it cheaper now, after seeing both Tesla and Twitter stock prices tanked and try to find a lame excuse in spam bots.
