The patchwork skirt, with leg warmers and shoes was my absolute FAVORITE!!!! For NYC, a pair of striped textured sheer tights would go great. Also, the long black leather coat with it is perfect!

For the first item with the vest, I def prefer it with the green flared pants you showed 2nd. Also loved it with the pleated skirt you showed. As for the mohair knitted sweater, it was soooo cute with those flared pants you showed first!!
