in the time shenhe hasn’t had a rerun hoyo has released two games, hsr and zzz, hsr already being on their 4th “planet”, its actually so insane how hoyo chooses to rerun the same characters after only like 3 patches, but chose to not rerun characters that haven’t had banners since 2 regions releases (ganyu), waiting a year for a character rerun has just become so normal now and it’s sad.
