That setup script has severe issues. If the user's computer has a firewall configured, iptables -X will fail; you need iptables -F first, but even that's a good idea because depending on the default policy for each table, there's a good chance you're opening the user's computer up for access from anybody connecting via the pineapple! You should at least be either setting a default deny policy explicitly, or leaving the existing ruleset and just adding the new rules to the front of the chain.

I can't wait to get my hands on a WiFi Pineapple. I've used the MR-3020 running the pineapple firmware, but it was very hard to set up, and I lost a lot of the functionality. I know what I'm getting myself for Christmas this year ;)

Is there a way to set up the pineapple with a connection to the internet?

I'm running Kali in a VM and when I run the script it hangs up after I press Enter on Wlan0... Why?

Hey guys, just ordered a Wifi Pineapple Mark V from you guys. Was looking forward to using it, but have run into a beast of an issue. I'm on Mac OSX 10.9.5 on the literal top of the line Retina for 2014, with a Thunderbolt adapter seeing as there is no ethernet plug built into the mac itself. Could you guys please point me in some sort of direction to getting this thing to work. I can't even get it work on Kali. Thanks a ton!

I keep telling myself not to blindly run scripts. But this time I got lazy and ran wp4.sh as root. Now my everything internet related on my laptop is borked.

I know those Pineapple devices are not cheap. there are a lot cheaper ways to do this.
