Presenting and "reviewing" my new Hammer K3 sliding table saw.

Enjoy the video.

Creating subtitles are problematic at the moment. Some issue with YouTube and the subtitle editor just doesn't work right and it would take hours to create it.

I used to fantasize over getting a saw like that, but have since decided it's more fun to make do with less and improvise.  And it would be too hard to get into the basement.  The 90 degree stop is a nice touch since my dad bought his in 1986.

Felder Gruppe should be knocking on your door with gifts for such a beautifully presented and genuine recommendation of their product. Anybody listening at Felder ???

I think its smart because your young and will get many years use. I bought my Craftsman saw when I was about 25 and I'm still using it at age 74. You made a good choice!

so if you use this saw for the next 30 years its like 10€ a month - for a saw like this really not that expensive!

That saw is bigger than my shop. In fact, most of my shop would fit inside it.

Man, i envy you! That is a wonderful machine. Now excuse me, while i go to my shed and screw my circular saw back underneath its plywood board.

I'm sure this table saw is worth every single cent. To me, it seems you did know exactly what you wanted. Congrats to the new machine.

I don't think this is expensive, you get what you pay for, German table saws are the best around and this should still be working perfectly in 20 years

That's not a terrible price at all for what you're getting! Like I heard Kelly Mehler say in a seminar given to the Cincinnati Woodworking Club - People squawk over a table saw that cost, say, $3-$5k, but think nothing of paying $2k for a new computer. How long with that computer last compared to how how long the table saw will last?

Hey, is that circle I see on the back side of the table saw top a place to mount a router or shaper?

Hi Marius,
I'm a fan of your videos for a long time.
After many years I finally bit the bullet and got the K3 Winner table saw and this is largely because of your video series on this saw.
I also made a not-so-nice review on it and I thought you've might be interested.
Please find it on my channel (I published it today).
Can I kindly ask you to leave a comment there as well. It helps a lot. Thanks!

Nice saw! Sure 3, 600 is a lot of money, but you get what you pay for. You pay once for a nice tool, while you keep paying for cheap tools again and again.

So you helped my decision to get the hammer k3 tablesaw. Just wanted you to know that. I live the USA, and because of your videos, I started researching Felder/hammer, and ultimately bought the k3 winner 48x48. Thanks!

Интересно, в комплект поставки K3 Kog вкладывает FELDER напильник и инструкцию как допилить станок? ;)

i think in Europe this is a no brainer choice, just the best quality to price ratio, the same is suited for the Hammer bandsaw... congrats for your great buy...
