The MasterPlan Coaching Program (Executive Coaching)

We co-designed with our clients a rare, potentially once-in-a-lifetime, coaching program opportunity called The MasterPlan Coaching Program. The program is based on the work we have done with senior clients to reignite their careers. We are keeping this cohort deliberately small so we can give sufficient individualized attention and support to each client.

There are 2 levels in this program: VIP (the main program) and Elite (introductory version of the program).

Should you pick Elite or VIP?

The VIP option is best for clients who are serious about getting results and ready to go all in. The program was designed as a 6-month program, and the Elite level was introduced later on, as per request from clients to make a mini version of the program more affordable.

Working with VIP participants allows us to take into account that we will have 6 months together. This allows for enough runway to do regular one-on-one deep dives and provide consistent coaching and guidance to help you tailor YOUR MasterPlan and to start getting some good momentum as you are implementing.

Our coaching and guidance will be impacted by how much time each client will have in the program (3 months vs 6 months) and if the client has access to regular one-on-one deep dives because some strategies, tactics, and approaches will be harder to implement without us.
