If we say logically the eye should do open and close in opposite situations, I mean it should open the eye when revealed because it tells that everyone is seeing it and on not reveal it should close ❤

The design is amazing, but in practice the UI will be uncomfortable and annoying. Better just make a basic icon that on click reveals the password with no animations!
And a tip, just dont focus on very small things such as this, in the end, it can make the UI unpractical.

Its seems the code doesn't consider if the eye is open or closed when the user types it's password.
Props for the CSS though, a work of art.
