For everyone here: This traditional attire is known as 'Mekhla - Sador'. Mekhla is a saree-like garment that is found in two halves. The bottom is cut and sewed in as sort of a skirt - you wear it like a skirt and then pleat it - like you would with a saree. The upper garment - Sador is worn over it just like a saree is worn just like draping the pallu. You tuck one end of Sador into your Mekhla and the rest is draped off across your chest and shoulders - as a pallu.

The actress wearing her Mekhla - Sador here is actually wearing the most traditional and famous colour combination found in Mekhla - Sador.
