GraphQL API using Apollo Server Express - part 1

In this serie, we are creating a GraphQL API using apollo-server-express. We will go through connecting to the database, uploading file, using subscriptions and a lot more.

For this first part, we are focusing on initialising the project and creating the http server.
In the next part, we will see how to implement our first graphql query resolver with the package apollo-server-express.
