Making Math Library in Java (Part 4 - Starting Matrix File)

We get started on the Matrix file today. We will add the multiplication function next time. That should be all of the basic functions that we need.

If you have functions that you want to suggest for this file. Feel free to suggest them with a description of the function unless the function is self-explanatory. For this time, keep your functions fundamental. We will do more complex functions in a later video.
