Well I had an issue with and order that I received today. I sent customer service and email. No more than 15 minutes after I sent the email I receiving a phone call from Rick. It was actually unbelievable to hear that quickly from an owner of a company to rectify and issue I had. The professionalism and service this company provides to its customers is top notch. After conversing with Rick for a few minutes he quickly took care of my issue. No business is perfect however what they do when they aren't speaks volumes. Thanks again Rick. Monster bass will always hold a special place in my heart and so what if a few people think the box could have been better. You came up with a good bait assortment and yes, it could have been better but at least you actually are doing something other than nagging at other people's hard work.
