I was diagnosed with micro vascular angina, where does that fit into these types? Induced by excersise, verified by stress test, relieved (at least partially) by sublingual spray or tablets but with no significant obsctructions detected by angiogram.

does anyone know how does adaptation mute the genetic code.
how does a giraffes intention of reaching higher branches rearranges its genetic code so its offspring have longer necks?
(what is the mechanism that changes the sequence/ codons/ alleles to represent a longer neck?)
