USS Pennsylvania BB-38 (Battleship)

USS Pennsylvania, a 31,400-ton battleship, served as the Atlantic Fleet's flagship and later joined the Battle Fleet in the Pacific. It participated in various maneuvers and engagements during World War II, including the recapture of Attu and Kiska, and played a key role in the Battle of Surigao Strait. Damaged at Okinawa, it was decommissioned and scuttled after atomic bomb tests.
