Temu parent, PDD Holding, or PDD stock is down ~30% following their 2Q 2024 results. While their revenue and profitability were incredible, the stock is collapsing following a dour outlook. What's driving this and what are my thoughts on the current valuation?

honestly some of the stuff is def cheaper on temu than amazon and ive had no problem with the quality. even if there is a quality issue you can just refund it and sometimes they just let you keep the item and refund your money.

Perhaps their 3 months return policy is what will get them in trouble. It’s know for fashion etailers to be killed by the returns. I hope this picks back up as i firmly believe this can become the new amazon.

Chinese government is gunning for it. Chinese internet merchants are gunning for it. US internet merchants are gunning for it. And the app has been shown to have cybersecurity risks associated with it, so the US government is going to be gunning for it as well.

Even the chinese population ( and streamers ) think the company is extremely shady. I don't think the tarifs will have a affect on the company, but the quality and reputation are getting sooo bad ! Especially for clothing

Daniel, I am a subscriber and I watch all of your videos. Loads of great stuff but these testimonials that you shove into everyone’s throat in the middle of each and every video suck…BIG TIME…I feel like I am watching an Operah shows and there’s a is a massive commercial break with one product and one product only…your service is great and new customers will come if you tell them about it. But old customers may leave if you keep shouting the Operah way about it …seriously soooo frustrating that you put it j the middle of each video
