I think the leviathan is slowly being filled because Gunner wants revenge on what we did to make him mad. This is just my speculation, because I've been doing research myself, and I came to conclusion that the night roll is slowly pumping through the pipes, but we're running out of time, even though we slowed it down a little bit, but I think it's gonna get more wars as the leviathan awakens, that's my speculation.
