It’s been almost 7 years since I was in Kauai, there were no food trucks back then, glad to see the food truck scene has been flourishing! I did get a good chuckle out of the chicken at the end, lol. I was initially thinking while watching your video, where are all the chickens?? It was bit unusual not seeing all the chickens on your food truck stops in Kauai but I guess they are still around, lol. When I was there last time, the Puka Dogs were the rage, lol but that was number of years back. As usual, thank you for such an informative videos!

I am in Kauai soon like we r landing on Thursday, leaving on Monday, and I am concerned as it says it will rain and thunder from Thursday to Saturday. Should this be a concern?
