probably the answer everyone is looking for: If you don't have any software restrictions on your computer, buy the UC, it has all the benefits without being attached to Teams, it can be used with any platform including Teams...

It didn't explain the main question: if MS still work with other apps? What is the difference if I use UC and MS with non-teams communicator. With MS I would be able to answer calls only from computer screen? But with UC I would be able to setup default communicator using the app? Can this app redefine default communicator for MS?

Found out today that the PS4 and PS5 no not work with UC, no audio from the headset. The consoles do work with Microsoft Teams.

What I I bought Jabra Ms teams certified and I connected it with jabra 380 Usbc UC version. Will it work and what would be the behaviour. It will act as team certified based on the headset or UC based on the usb c dongle?

My company uses MS exchange server for email, Teams for chat (no calls) and zoom for video communications. OS is Win10. Not sure if this is considered an MS eco system, but corporate infosec policy strictly do not allow installation of any external apps on individual laptops (e.g. no headset/audio apps and firmware updates). So the question is, should I get a UC or MS variant headset?

I don't understand why they make is dang complicated. Can anyone list exactly what differences there would be if one has no security restrictions and only uses Teams? Can the UC version be configured to work EXACTLY like the MS version? (I hate all the automated stuff...it always leads to trouble....would rather configure it myself)

I am bot able to download any jabra apps on my work desktop.

We use Salesforce for customer calls and gmeet for team meetings.
Would UC be better?

I'm using Ms, outreach software, Zoom etc...? I got the Ms one but noticed that the headset jump from a software to MS Teams and just interrupt an audio/call from a other sofqatre than Ms.

Hello, great video. I have been wondering about this for a while. Can you give us some more information about the software you mentioned? If I get UC, but primarily use Teams, can I install software to give me the same functionality e.g. answer a call directly from the headset.
By the way, any news on Australia store/order yet?
