I adore Mariska Hartigay as well, she's a great actress and can't wait to see her direct this episode; not a fan of Alec Baldwin (I have my reasons), but will tolerate him just to see Mariska do her thing as director - Mariska will always be on my top list of actresses on television - she truly is amazing and such a versatile actress as well. I can't wait to see her kick ass behind the camera :)
