EA Cricket 07 will always be in my heart ❤️ because that with Cricket 04 is what I grew up with.

Cricket games have been by far the worst. No particular evolution, no taking advantage of increasing performance of GPUs.
I mean Cricket 07 was an iconic game of its time. Pitches had their impact, and really the good batters could play wonderful strokes while bowlers couldn't.
Enter Cricket 19, the so-called BEST cricket game... lol . Even bowlers could play as well as batters, which is absolutely horrendous joke. Commentary is worst. And worst of all, no change in pitch conditions impacted the gameplay.
I've been waiting for some real revolution in cricket games for PC. Green pitches to have an impact, Test cricket to be at its best, differences in batting for good batters and bowlers, good commentary.
Look at how much FIFA games have changed for the better. But cricket is stuck, which sucks because there's so much potential!

Cricket 07 was ahead of its time, being the last EA cricket game it still holds up today in terms of visual and animation standards, too bad they don't make any and fast forward to cricket 22 looks so shit and cartoony and feels like cheap ass shit rookie developer made it
