A few Permatex products I've tried- the clear 100% silicone, steel weld ( on aluminum) and black silicone adhesives- all of them have worked very well- better than competitor products with the same applications.

It is really good video. I have one query, is the plastic welder flexible after bonding. Because I have a broken a plastic monogram that has broken in 2 pieces, the bond area will endure bending stress due to clamping. The monogram is clear plastic (probably polycarbonate or acrylic) from 1958. I have also have 2 part clear epoxy resin parts that I also want to bond together. I need the bond to be flexible yet have stregth.

We need a plastic welder that dries clear and transparent. Cream and black is not always good.

Do NOT use their "Liquid Metal Filler". It does not form a hard surface like it claims. I used it as a pre-painting filler on my car and it is still spongy and elastic. Used as per their instructions..

Not long time ago, i was purchased a tube of liquid metal epoxy no= 25909 . I completly lost my time and money with that stuff that only good for garbage . Anyway, a huge lot
of epoxy's is only joke or fake epoxy . Next time i prefer welding with welding machine .
