I honestly feel the same way about the L’Oreal telescopic. I use to use it for lil while when I was younger, but I’ve noticed L’Oreal mascaras use to smudge on me ALOT. For like 6 years the voluminous mascara in carbon from L’Oreal use to be my fav until sky high came out. Also, idk if you ever heard of the mac dry shampoo mascara (it’s like a touch up mascara to make your lashes look fresh after hours of wearing mascara it’s actually kinda neat and it works it’s a wet formula btw) It was a super great review though ❤❤❤ it’s always great to watch your videos!!

this is such a nice review, I've been torn between telescopic and panorama for the longest time. I think tho, the smudging may be cause you're wearing the washable version and not the waterproof one. Waterproof mascaras are known to smudge a lot less, meanwhile non waterproof/washable tend to smudge from just the lightest sign of sweat.
