Just upgraded my town hall to level 12 and my blacksmith is already upgrading along with lab etc. If ur like me and u have 6 hero equipments at max level already and ur near the ore limit, blacksmith is definitely one of the top priorities too i think, because th12 unlocks 3 extra equipment levels to upgrade, so u can spend ur ores on ur maxed equipment first

You just log in, start an upgrade, do an attack, and then realize you have 0 builders, max resources, and your shortest upgrade is 8 days. How is this fun after town hall 11
