OP is not a hater of hailey, she simply is telling her viewers that this expensive product has changed consistency and shit and that it smells, aka it’s gone bad. She’s had this product for three months and she LIKED IT when she first bought it. No she’s not going to give an expired profuct away, she cut it open to see if there was any mold.

I personally loved the Rhode lip treatment and I didn’t experience any grains in my lip balm, it could be due to different environment/climate or maybe they fixed the formula.

I am once again convinced that crazy fans will always behave inappropriately, this applies not only to Selena, but also to Hayley. You may not like a cosmetics/clothing brand but still like/respect celebrities. The girl simply talked about her experience using this lip balm, which is a hype. She didn't say it was terrible, but that it wasn't very good for her. Not everyone is comfortable with product changes. No one is obligated to give you cosmetics because they didn’t like something. I don’t think the lip treatment is bad or Rhode(the brand) is bad…the grainy things inside it might be the ones that actually treat your lips and Ariana Grande’s lip gloss(I like to call it gloss.) is some what same to it . Perhaps it’s old or expired that’s why it smells like that

Mine did not get grainy but literally the smell of it became so disgusting. But the smell wasn’t in the lip balm itself it was the application area that got smelly because after I wiped it with a wet tissue, it wasn’t smelly anymore. I still don’t appreciate the hassle just for my lip balm applicator to not stink so probably won’t buy these again

I thought I was the only one who had grainy glosses. I have 4 of them and it happened to all of them. It feels like a gloss sugar scrub but it drys around your mouth to white specs. So you can't just throw it on and assume it looks good. Gotta mirror check esp the corners of the mouth. It's still usable though and no weird odors from mine. Still smelt and tasted like the flavors given.

It's seems like a hype product? I have severely dry lips and Lucas Papaw ($10) and traditional vaseline ($3-5) work for me. For non-vaseline product, I use Avene Cilcafate ($18-25) and it’s amazing! Like many products (lotion, hair oil, etc) have to apply it once or twice a day.
