I THINK PRISONERS WHO MURDER OR KILLS PEOPLE/ANIMALS, SHOULD BE PUT IN REGULAR CELLS FOR YEARS AND YEARS.
BUT PEOPLE WHO STEELS, DRUGS, BREAK CAR LAWS, OR OTHER THINGS THAT DOESN'T HAVE TO DO WITH MURDER OR KILLING SHOULD HAVE A CHANCE TO TRY OUT THE "HOTEL PRISION".
